Winter Challenges to warm the mind and heart.
	HINT:  In the study of cryptography (codes) you are taught to look for patterns.  One particular pattern is numbers in sets of 3.  Typically (but not always) this indicates an OCTAL code (base8).  Try this site to convert from Octal to ASCII Text.  From then on, just use what you learned in challenge 8 and challenge 11
